All iSNet customers have a secure portal where they can monitor the usage and health of their link. This portal will also provide the ability to log and monitor support and service requests. Monitoring and reporting will extend to optional services selected.
iSNet customers have access to iSNet’s 24x7 Helpdesk. iSNet Helpdesk is designed to provide assistance and support. Our Helpdesk utilises job logging, workflow, escalations, priorities and reporting to keep track of all service issues.
All transitions of service or implementations of additional services will be undertaken seamlessly with no interruption to service wherever possible.
We include end point device management for the iSNet border router on the customer site (customers CPE router).
